This place suits me perfectly! It has great wi-fi, a tv, and an electric kettle. I still remember how the staff helped me return my forgotten earphones on my first stay. Highly recommend it for a comfortable time! I'm coming back for Christmas.

Located in a very central position, the whole hotel had a quiet atmosphere. The staff was incredibly welcoming and exceptionally nice, the service was friendly, they shared some useful information. Room was great-sized with well enough space, coffee, and a kettle. I thoroughly enjoyed that the property was close to a metro station. Actually everything was good, my next choice again in London...

Very central location short walk to the overground and underground railway station at Vauxhall, and the adjoining bus station, Vauxhall street food and beer garden, as well as a great craft beer bar, Mother Kelly's and the Tube, Bus and Train stations, it was in a wonderful area. Dined at The Coriander, it was just a short stroll away from the venue.
Nothing, all excellent.

Delicious cooked breakfast, floral decor throughout, very clean rooms, warm and cute hosts
Thin walls allow noise, skeleton key was tricky, no top sheet initially

The hosts were warm and cute, making us feel right
At home. The atmosphere was cozy, and the location was superb. Breakfast choices were good, with a variety of options, but the room could use more thorough cleaning as dust was present.

Staying at 69TheGrove reminded me of home. Breakfast each morning was a good experience, especially the made-to-order options that included fresh fruit. The hosts, Kanley and David, were wonderful, accommodating our needs, including gluten-free options. My room was clean, well-stocked with tea and coffee, and decorated nicely. The proximity to Vauxhall station made getting around easy, a real plus. I did encounter some noise from neighboring rooms that detracted from the otherwise peaceful atmosphere at times. Communication prior to check-in needed improvement. I struggled to get responses when trying to confirm details about our arrival. Despite these minor inconveniences, the cute ambiance and attentive service were great.

charming stay but service could improve
The cozy atmosphere. The long communal breakfast table was a unique way to meet fellow guests. I loved the cleanliness of the facilities, giving a sense of careful attention to detail. Other travelers also appreciated the friendly managers.
Unfortunately, the service was occasionally slow during peak times.

The room was beautifully comfortable, equipped with a fridge, kettle, and fresh flowers throughout the stay. Breakfast was a highlight with an ample selection, and the hosts offered good breakfast packs for early departures. The windows were outdated, allowing street noise to intrude, which could be disruptive for light sleepers. On occasion, the service felt a bit stretched during busy moments, affecting the overall experience.
